Villa Gina is a cosy hotel well-run by friendly and experienced owners and staff. We were feeling almost like at home. Particularly great was the 500m distance from the beach.
English language skills are limited (as elsewhere in Italy), but this did not pose a major obstacle to successful communication.

Villa Gina is just the right place for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the warm hospitality of Mrs Gina and her staff. They are always at your disposal and ready to please you. Not many places in that world offer a such kindness and attention. It is an old, typical and charming house where you feel like home! We are looking forward to go back next year. Our rating is 9.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic. I loved that the hotel was located close to the train station, making it easy for me to travel around. it was just a short walk to the beach and local shops, which added to my convenience. the staff were very friendly and accommodating which made me feel at home. the breakfast served was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from. the hotel offered great value for money.
The noise level was quite high in my room which was disruptive to my sleep. the walls seemed to be quite thin as I could hear loud talking from the rooms next door.

Mainly, villa is at most 2star place (not hotel, it is more of a bed and breakfast place, but with very poor breakfast). Rooms were recently reconstructed so rooms themselves look ok but we had to go through 3 rooms before finding one with working air conditioning. Mainly it was very bad value for money..paying 100 EUR per night for two people was way too much. I think that for max. 60 EUR per night for two people taking in mind building is more 2 star place I would be ok but with higher cost I was very unhappy about it.

There was a private possibility to park the car next to the hotel. (You do need to contact the owner to be sure there is still room to be able to do it). The hotel is marvelous. Perfect location (next to the sea side and near a lot of restaurants). The owners are very friendly. The breakfast is lovely. The room is perfectly in order. It is very nice and cosy. Romantic you may say. The price/quality is good. (especially in this crowdy area of Italy).
I have no complaints to report here.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access transportation. It is also a short walk to the town center, beach, and old town. Some rooms have charming balconies or terraces, and the facilities are modern and clean. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome.
Breakfast options may be limited in quality or variety.

It was very close to the train station, had lovely grounds, nice room. Beautiful old villa with old pictures of Finale Ligure when it was just being developed at the seaside. Nice breakfast. Nice bedding and bath with modern stylish fixtures.

Spacious, clean room, recently renovated with a nice design. Classic, cosy, beautiful Italian building, very close to the railway station and the lovely city center with the beach. Mrs Gina herself was very helpful and committed to her buisiness. Also the majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The cleaning staff entered our room around 9 am while we were still inside!!! The room was locked and they didn't even knock or ask, can you believe! We were lucky to have clothes on...!! Besides that, not any member of the crew spoke English (on the plus side, it was a good opportunity to improve our Italian...). We could clearly hear the tv of our neighbours and the road near the hotel was very busy and noisy. Breakfast was just ok but could definitely have been better. To be honest, we expected much more for 100 euros per night.

Extremely close to the train station and a short walk to the beach. The hotel facilities include bike storage and bike wash, perfect for a biking weekend. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The daily breakfast offered a good variety of food.
No issues.

Location near station as we were travelling by train. Old fashioned family hotel full of character. Breakfast in the garden was delightful. A real taste of Italy. Old lady and her son (I presume) were charming and helpful.
Plastic cheese and synthetic fruit juice at breakfast, but rest was good.

Location wise great as it was a short walk from the train station and the main road to the mountain bike shuttle spots. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly during our stay. The breakfast had fresh pastries and clean towels were available every day.
The hotel room was small and poorly ventilated. The walls were thin and the noise from the busy road could be heard all night, which made it difficult to sleep.
